Exterior Home Inspection
Our exterior inspection includes a thorough visual assessment of your property's accessible exterior areas, including:
- General visual inspection of the home's exterior
- Inspection of doors, windows, and screens to ensure they are properly secured
- Visual inspection for signs of storm damage, vandalism, or forced entry
- Ground-level visual inspection of the roof, tiles, gutters, and downspouts
- Visual inspection of landscaping and verification that the drip irrigation system is functioning properly
- Inspection of the mailbox for visible damage
- Inspection of patio furniture, cushions, and outdoor furnishings
- Visual observation of the pool and spa areas
- Removal of newspapers, solicitations, and debris from the front entrance and sidewalks
- Inspection for signs of insects, pests, or rodents
- Replacement of pest traps when provided
- Inspection of exterior lighting for visible issues
Interior Home Inspection
Our interior inspection includes a comprehensive walkthrough of the home to identify anything unusual or requiring attention, including:
- General walkthrough to identify unusual sights, sounds, or conditions

- Operation of the dishwasher and washing machine on a monthly basis when requested by the homeowner
